Amanda Bynes’ Long, Curly, Romantic, Blonde Hairstyle with Highlights is a gorgeous way to get that effortless, romantic look. Steal her style:

1. To get Amanda Bynes’ hairstyle, first part your hair in the middle.
2. Apply smoothing cream to damp hair and blow dry straight using a round brush.
3. Once your hair is completely dry, wrap small sections of the bottom half (chin length to ends) around a 1-inch curling iron. Hold the curling iron in a vertical direction, then release the hair by pulling down to create spiral waves.
4. Lightly rake your fingers through your curls to loosen them up and mist them with strong-hold hairspray to finish.
